Weight Loss Insurance For Your Jeans

How many times have you decided not to purchase that new pair of jeans because you committed to your weight loss plan and you know that they’ll be too big for you in a few weeks or months?

You stick with the same old, dull clothes that you’ve been wearing for months and months.

Well, not any more!

Bertie Ranger, a former fitness competitor who gained 30 pounds (and subsequently lost 20 of it), had created what most women dream about – Jean insurance.

What she does is insure your jeans at 30% of the original purchase price, then when you lose the weight you want to lose, she buys them back at the original purchase price so that you can buy new jeans that fit.

No more worrying about investing in a pair of jeans that will only last a few weeks or months, insure your jeans and keep buying new ones as you get fit and healthy.

Very interesting concept that I encourage you to check out.

Lose and Win Free Jeans

Lose the weight,
Win free jeans.

Great concept

Can Eggplant Cure Skin Cancer?

70,000 Australians can’t be wrong! Yet that is the number of patients over many years of studies Dr. Bill E. Cham. Ph.D. claims have been cured of skin cancer using the breakthrough treatment documented in his book, “The Eggplant Cancer Cure” (www.eggplantcancercure.com). In the area of medicine, near-perfection is a goal most researchers seek. “Near-perfect” is how Jonathan V. Wright, M.D. (medical director of the Tahoma Clinic in the Seattle, WA area), describes Dr. Cham’s breakthrough discovery. What is “near-perfection”? It’s a treatment that: works nearly every time; is incredibly simple to use; has no adverse side effects; and is inexpensive compared to other treatments. Dr. Wright even goes on to suggest that “Dr. Cham has discovered, and then thoroughly researched and developed the near-perfect treatment for two common skin cancers. If anyone deserves a Nobel Prize in Medicine, it’s Dr. Bill. E. Cham.”

September is National Skin Cancer Awareness Month, observed because statistics tell us 1 in 5 Americans will develop some form of skin cancer during their life time. Among men over 50 skin cancer now ranks number 1 ahead of prostate, lung and colon cancer. During the last 30 years the percentage of women under 40 with basal cell carcinoma cancer has tripled (the two most common types of skin cancer are basal cell carcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas.) In 2008 it is predicted more than 1 million basal cell carcinomas and 250,000 squamous cell carcinomas will be diagnosed. It sounds as though a lot of Americans need to join the ranks of the Australian cured!

While these skin cancer forms have a 95-percent cure rate if detected and treated early, treatment is typically disfiguring. “We needed to come up with a treatment that worked as well as surgery, but wouldn’t mutilate the patient,” says Dr. Cham.

Curaderm BEC5 Cream is the revolutionary skin cancer treatment which is becoming the topic of discussion in health food stores, doctors’ offices and at the dinner table. BEC5 comes from a plant substance called solsaodine glycosides found in Nightshade plants such as eggplant. More than 25 years of research Dr. Cham claims a more than 95-percent success rate in treating and often removing these forms of non-melanoma skin carcinoma without damage to the surrounding tissue. The cream has not proven to be effective in treating melanoma.

Most often scientific breakthroughs are well funded research projects where dozens of scientists are paid to test their theories continuously. Eventually human trials begin, once again paid for by either a federal grant or a major drug or medical conglomerate which will recoup their costs by raising the price tag of the treatment. This has not been the case for Dr. Cham. Dr. David G. Williams, a practicing M.D. and editor of Alternatives says “People like Dr. Cham are an endangered species in this day and age. On his own time, using his own money, he has developed a product that could benefit millions of people around the world.” Dr. Cham’s book, “The Eggplant Cancer Cure” outlines extensively and conclusively this research and treatment results.

Diagnosed With Mesothelioma: What Now?

Being diagnosed with any type of cancer is beyond scary. This is especially true if you are dealing with mesothelioma because this type is not widely known and treated. If you are facing this devastating situation you need to take the proper steps to ensure that you are getting the best treatment and moving forward in the best way from a financial point of view.

The first step after being diagnosed with mesothelioma is finding a doctor that knows how to treat this disease. Remember, you will want to see the best of the best to ensure that you are receiving top notch care. Some doctors have experience treating cancer, but you want to make sure that you are involved with one who knows a lot about mesothelioma as well. This will better your chances of survival.

What about hiring a lawyer? As you probably know, in most cases mesothelioma is traced to asbestos exposure. If you were not told that exposure could cause mesothelioma you may have a case against your former employer, etc. This is something that you should consider as soon as you are setup with the best doctors. While a lawsuit will not help your health, it is something that you deserve. Many mesothelioma cases have been settled for millions of dollars.

If you are diagnosed with mesothelioma it is important that you follow the steps above. Above all else, make sure that you are receiving the best treatment. And don’t forget to find a mesothelioma lawyer who can help you file a lawsuit, and hopefully receive restitution for the pain and suffering that you have been caused.

Get Fit For Skiing At Uni

I´m frankly amazed that any students can afford to go skiing, what with student loans and the ever-increasing cost of living. However, there must be some with ample family funds, and no doubt the new student Princess Beatrice won´t be short of an annual skiing trip or two, it seemingly being her family´s favourite kind of holiday. So, for students looking forward to donning their ski wear, here are ten tips to help them get fit.

1: Avoid the temptations of the university bar. Lifting pints does NOT count as exercise.

2: Run to lectures. Most students are usually late anyway, and this will allow you to capitalise on the university´s extraordinary ability to schedule consecutive classes for the opposite side of a very large campus, if not different campuses altogether.

3: Men – join sports clubs. As an added bonus, this will allow you to impress girls with your endurance by running around in shorts, even in cold wet weather.

4: Women – don´t join sports clubs, as most men will think you are about to turn into a Russian shot putter. Instead, join the drama group as a behind-the-scenes assistant, and impress them with your ability to shift heavy scenery and props. This will also serve as useful practise for carrying heavy ski equipment.

5: Be aware that cooking does not consist of microwaving packets. The body requires quality fuel for physical exercise such as skiing. Eat plenty of carbohydrates, and those strange items known as vegetables. They won´t kill you. Honest.

6: If you have classes in a hideous sixties tower block, as I did, pretend that the lift does not exist, and use the stairs (you may start by using the lift to ascend, but by the end of the program I expect you to be happily running up all ten flights of stairs).

7: Sneak into empty lecture theatres, and practise skiing down the steps. Not to be done in chemistry labs.

8: Place your alarm on the top of your wardrobe, and when it goes off at midday, you will have to jump out of bed and stretch to switch it off. Stretching is very good preparation for skiing.

9: Discover that mythical place known as the University Library. Search for the academic tomes that are the size and weight of a desktop computer. Lifting these will help you get fit, and if you actually open the books, you might even LEARN something.

10: Do what your mother said, and clean your room. If it is anything like a typical student room, the amount of physical effort involved in clearing up the takeaway cartons, dirty laundry and beer cans will get you fit in no time. Offer to clear your friends´ rooms as well, and not only will you be super-fit, you´ll probably earn enough to pay for your ski trip.
Happy skiing!
